For all reservations, we offer FREE cancellation up to 48-hours prior to scheduled departure time.. If you need to cancel or change your tour, we require notification in writing (by email). Please contact us at 808.245.8588 if you have any questions.

Our current protocol is to require groups reserving five (5) seats to book a Private Tour. This pricing includes a significant discount on the 6th (unoccupied) seat.

IT LOOKS LIKE ONE OR MORE PASSENGERS EXCEED THE PER SEAT WEIGHT LIMIT
For safety and comfort, we require passengers 240 lbs. and over to purchase an additional seat (Comfort Seat). For any two passengers (in the same party, traveling together on the same flight) that may not exceed 240 lbs. individually but have a combined weight of 420 lbs. or more, are required to purchase a Comfort Seat.
If a Comfort Seat is necessary on your reservation, it will be added when we schedule your flight and the updated total cost will be sent to you in your Flight Assignment email.
